Job Description:
Lead talent development programs, new employee onboarding
processes, performance management systems, employee engagement and
leadership succession processes; Report into the Senior Director,
Global Talent Management and be part of a global team whose
commitment is to providing our talented associates the
opportunities to realize their career potential; Provide project
and program support for all Global Talent Management programs,
initiatives and cyclical processes; Build marketing and
communication plans that drive enrollment to key programs;
Qualitative and quantitative analysis of associate and leader
feedback on a wide spectrum of talent development initiatives;
Partner closely with Global Talent Management team members to
identify high-impact process improvements; Partner closely with our
HR Analytics team to ensure that we are providing meaningful and
actionable data sets to our leadership teams; Develop standard work
processes for tracking progress and impact on program deployment of
leadership development training, leadership assessment and new
manager onboarding; Create unique and novel marketing plans for
building employment brand for career development; Provide oversight
to operational budget, analysis identifying where cost sharing
opportunities exist to optimize spend of the global talent
management budget while getting business leadership to invest in
critical programs as well; Assess efficacy of new employee
onboarding through analysis of survey data, inclusive of
formulating methodology for survey design and analysis framework;
Utilize user survey data and Beckman Coulter Diagnostics Onboarding
kaizen findings; provide support and lead elements of implementing
kaizen action plan; Lead Op Co pulse survey process; provide
enhancements to existing program through finding ways to get
greater insight from associate pulse survey comments; Provide

that data into meaningful insights and make recommendations on how
leaders/global HR team take action on pulse survey; Co-lead
implementation of annual engagement survey deployment; Provide
critical insights to global HR leadership team based on analysis of
new associate onboarding survey; Develop standard work process for
deployment of talent development analytics and dashboard; Provide
support for monitoring month to month spend on global talent
programs, identify process improvements for efficiently partnering
with regional talent partners to monitor spend on training programs
and ensuring global training calendar is updated; Analyze talent
management programs and work streams, identify process improvement
and novel approaches to optimizing impact across the organization;
Work closely with Talent Partners, support project reports outs,
presentation and storyboards to be used in keeping critical
stakeholders informed of progress; Engage HR organization to
identify how to improve service delivery and accessibility of GTM
resources. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
(willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus five years of
experience facilitating or supporting facilitation of training or
employee engagement. OR Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
(willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and three years of
experience facilitating or supporting facilitation of training or
employee engagement initiatives. Skills Set Required: Experience must include competency-based recruitment, process
management, metrics and onboarding, including application of
employment law and employee relations practices in developing
talent based recruitment and retention programs; Completing
assessment projects utilizing lean and change management
principles; Developing analytical models to measure impact of
talent program service delivery; Designing survey and facilitation
tools considering regional needs and cultures and analyzing,
interpreting and communicating survey data in a meaningful way;
Identifying opportunities to apply organization effectiveness and
change management principles and tools to enhance the effectiveness
of a team, department or business; Integrating understanding of
strategic priorities, structure, processes and culture in planning
change process; and Diffusing conflict and engaging stakeholders in
productive discussion around the rationale for change and gain
