Job Description:

The employee will be mainly be responsible for inputting and invoicing customer orders in the computer, issuing credits from accounting department, some filing, making copies, matching customer invoices to sales orders, and other general admin duties. Job Requirements:Duties:

  • Respond to inquiries regarding billing issues and problems
  • Create billing schedules and various other billing analyzes
  • Perform fee and billing analysis
  • Ensure billing accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain official client billing files
  • Entering and updating billing information
  • Perform monthly electronic billing audit
  • Complete billing policies and procedures
  • Providing guidance regarding billing requirements
  • Provide support to billing department with respect to billing and collection for client services
  • Enter ancillary charges into billing system
  • Perform one or more billing operations
  • Address billing issues, administrative issues
  • Support various billing and financial operations
  • Maintain filing in accordance with department policy including invoices, proformas and correspondence Schedule: Monday - Saturday (Thursdays off) 11:30pm - 8:30am Weekly Pay *Ending time could be as early as 7:00 and as late as 9:30 depending on workload* ***PAY WILL DEPEND ON EXPERIENCE***
