Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY:Assist District DM in covering time off and
emergencies at the district levelESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:Deal with and maintain confidential
information.Willingness to fulfill a flexible work schedule.Adapt
to different store environments including facilities.Responsible
for delivering appropriate information to the customer regarding
the different financial services with the main objective of
increasing Sales.Responsible for promoting all financial services
we offer with each customer that visit the store.Operate a computer
and process all the financial transactions
effectively.Understanding of how to operate assigned office
equipment, and other duties.Responsible for the Safekeeping of the
cash originated from all financial transaction.Responsible for
providing the highest level of customer service to all our
customers.Responsible for compliance with the manual of policies
and procedures.Responsible for compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and
Anti Money Laundering Regulations.Responsible for inventory
services under custody.Responsible for maintaining the supervisor
informed of any event that might require his/her intervention.Build
and maintain positive relationships with customers and associates
internally and externally.Perform all other work-related duties as
assigned.Position Profile:High school diploma required; or
equivalent education.Minimum 6 months with the company.Excellent
communications skills.Knowledgeable in computer navigation and
software.Focus on "Positive Customer Experience."Be very
attentive.Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule.Previous sales
experience.Must have cash handling experience.Ability to work under
little or no supervision.Ability to work under pressure.Valid CA
Driver License.Maintain confidential information.Ability to speak,
read and write both English and Spanish efficiently to understand
conversations, company manuals, forms, policies and procedures and
other documents.Ability to maintain physical condition and stamina
to perform assigned duties and responsibilities which may include
sitting for extended periods of time and operating assigned office
