Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant for a well-established manufacturing company located in Anaheim.

Position will be working onsite and pay is $75,000 to $80,000

Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

  • Will be responsible for the sales and use taxes
  • Monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Handle the monthly bank reconciliations
  • Assist with the annual audits
  • Generate the month-end close and year-end financial reportsRequirements for the Staff Accountant:
    • BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
    • 3-5 years of full cycle GL accounting experience
    • Must have sales/use tax experience
    • Intermediate Excel skills (vlookup/pivot tables)
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
