A company is looking for a Billing & Collections Analyst to
manage customer entitlements and optimize the provisioning
process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer entitlements by accurately provisioning and
ensuring timely delivery of access to services
Handle account administration including setup, updates, and
compliance with company policies
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance
customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a customer service environment
1+ years of experience in a technology company
Business-level fluency in English
Experience with order management or provisioning
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
