stopping you! Job Title:VP, Specialty Banking Relationship
ManagerJob Description: Summary This position will primarily be
responsible for developing new National Deposit Vertical deposit
account relationships within the Community Associations industry,
while implementing comprehensive banking solutions for new and
existing National Deposit Vertical account relationships. To
achieve this, it is expected that this individual will develop and
execute on a sales plan that focuses on Cold Calling, In-Market
Event attending, Centers of Influence development and maintenance,
and networking within the Community Associations Industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Frequently represents the
bank in the business community; actively develops relationships
with business owners, C-level execs, COIs, etc. and builds a
network of prospective bank customers to drive deal flow. - Builds
and maintains a list of at least 15 targeted prospect profiles;
strategizes and executes a call plan to meet individual and team
sales objectives for the bank’s various business lines. - Review
and recommend deposit and treasury management products for new
banking relationships - Manage an existing portfolio of clients by
performing periodic calls and reviews, assisting with service
related requests, deepening the relationships by providing product
and treasury management solutions, and by providing recommendations
to other EB&T resources. - Manages and services relationships
by interviewing applicants and obtaining pertinent bank and
financial data. - Monitors market conditions, observing competitor
impact and makes recommendations to maintain competitive advantage.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all commercial
products including loans, cash management, trade service products
and deposits to facilitate cross-selling and enhance the client
experience. - Organize and maintain key client data in bank’s CRM
system. - Attend meetings, events, trade shows and conferences to
help support sales efforts. - Call on both warm and cold leads as
needed - Assist with any other daily job duties - Participate in
required training courses related to the job Qualifications: -
Strong communication skills - Strong organizational skills -
Details and task oriented - Excellent customer service and or sales
skills along with the ability to answer questions related treasury
management products and services, customer accounts and bank
related materials - Basic math skills - Basic phone skills
including business and sales etiquette. Education and/or
Experience: - High school Education or GED - Five to seven years of
customer service or sales experience. - Five plus years of banking
experience - Five plus years of specific industry experience - Over
5 years' experience working in a sales environment. - A proven
track record of achieving over $20MM in new deposit production
annually - Experience reviewing banking forms and documents is also
a plus. Computer and Software Skills: - Microsoft office suite -
Google Apps - Excel Certificates, Licenses and Registrations: -
None Pay range for new hires is generally $131,342 to $160,529. In
addition, the role is eligible for incentive payments. Equal
