Amazing Company looking for an Administrative AssistantJob duties include:

  • Manages the agency's reception area, greeting and assisting guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • answers phones, screening and routing calls to appropriate staff members using a multi-line console
  • operates and maintains various office equipment, including, but not limited to; copier, and fax machine.
  • performs other duties and/or office support as required by supervisors relevant to the successful operation of the agency.
