Job Description We are looking for an Office Administrator to
join our high performing team and help us continue our
unprecedented growth CertaPro Painters-- specializes in beautifying
both residential and commercial buildings; painting both interiors
& exteriors of properties; homes, office buildings, warehouses,
multi-family properties, retain centers, churches,
hotel/hospitality, etc. Our continued success and growth was built

The office administrator position requires great communication
skills, administrative & multi-tasking abilities, prioritization
skills, and a high sense of urgency. Position Overview: Provide
customer service & administrative support for upcoming & current
paint projects. Provide support to team members doing functions
related to Production, Marketing, & Sales Service all customers and
employees with the objective of meeting/exceeding their needs. Grow
into the office manager role and the "glue" that holds our team
together. Responsibilities: Project Scheduling / Production
Schedule / Communicating with Customers & Sales Communicate &
Answer Customer Questions Employee Painter Scheduling &
Communication Administrative functions for invoicing, job costing,
data entry & admin office duties Update CRM system daily - Lead
entry, Project Updating, Schedule Updating Ensure all customer
mailing lists are up to date. Conduct constant follow ups with
customers. Participate in "company paid" Local, Regional & National
Training & Conferences (minimal travel) Assist with Social Media
Campaigns, Website Content, and Online Appointment Scheduling
Manage paperwork for applicants, new hires and terminated
employees. Qualifications/Certifications: High school diploma or
GED (College degree a plus) Bi-lingual (Spanish preferred)
Organized & Detailed oriented / a Multi-Tasker Knowledge of
Microsoft Word & Excel Excellent verbal and written communication
skills Experienced with social media and digital marketing
Excellent organizational and time management skills Although office
hours are expected in mornings and early afternoons, we are
flexible to those that have school age children. Our CertaPro
Painters-- office is in Anaheim, CA. Compensation: $950.00 -
$1,150.00 per week (based on experience) This franchise is
independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application
will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will
be made by the management of this franchisee. All inquiries about
