Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Administration Assistant to join our team! This is an entry level position, but ideally you would have some admin experience, especially using google sheets. This position is suitable for a college student looking to gain experience in an office environment and work part-time whilst studying.You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive the company success. You will report to our Office Manager, and assist with daily tasks as required.Responsibilities: Answer phone calls Communicate with field staff on issues daily/weekly as per managers instructions Assist with timekeeping system- reviewing and monitoring of staff hours Supply order/Inventory check Assist Office Manager & other Management staff in daily tasks Screen Suitable job applicants and schedule interviews for Janitorial ManagerRequirements: Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize workload and take direction from management staff Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong Google Docs & Sheets (Excel) skills Strong organizational skills & attention to detail Must speak fluent Spanish & EnglishAbout The Company:We are a janitorial company based out of Anaheim, CA. We thrive on teamwork and ensure our clients are happy with our services.
