Job Description:

We are a young men's clothing brand seeking to hire a Sales / Admin Person to oversee our day-to-day operation at our office in Anaheim.Your role:--- Review, import, and export order details and ensure accuracy.--- Assist our sales reps with returns or damage requests.--- Grow and maintain relationships with stores, accounts/buyers, and sales reps.--- Advise order status and update customers with the latest information.--- Tracking and shipping samples for upcoming collections.--- Maintain accurate inventory in QuickBooks with the help of the warehouse team.--- Upload new product information into buyer portals.--- Perform other duties as assigned. Experience in Fashion Industry/ Manufacturing is a PLUS MUST-HAVES --- Great Communication and interpersonal skills--- Good written and verbal aptitudes--- Knowledge in B2B business (online platforms)--- Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills--- QuickBooks experience is a must--- Thrive in a fast-paced environment maintaining a professional and positive attitude--- Excellent at time management and organization--- Detail OrientedSalary based on experience. STARTING AT $20, 30-40hrs a week. For the right candidate, we'll go higher.
