Job Description:
Job Description Administrative Support: Provide general
administrative support to the office, including answering phones,
managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and handling office
supplies. Manage phone and email correspondence. Prepare and
process documents, reports, and presentations. Assist with office
organization and maintain filing systems (both physical and
digital). Coordinate and arrange travel, meetings, and events as
needed. Accounting Support: Process and review invoices, ensuring
accuracy and adherence to company policies. Communicate with
vendors to resolve billing issues and discrepancies. Generate and
send out invoices to clients/customers. Qualifications: High school
diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant certification
in accounting or business administration preferred. Proven
experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role .
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and
familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, or
similar). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage
multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both
written and verbal. High level of attention to detail and accuracy
in financial transactions. Ability to maintain confidentiality and
handle sensitive information. All qualified applicants will receive
