Our Marketing team is responsible for driving qualified traffic to our stores and eCommerce websites and retaining loyal customers. We are responsible for end-to-end marketing campaigns, including strategy, creative, execution, and analysis. For individuals with disabilities who would like to request an accommodation, please contact SummaryThis position will support the Work World Marketing team and report to the Marketing Manager. This role will work closely with our vendor partners to budget, spend, and track marketing funds for a variety of omnichannel campaigns. This position will be responsible for coordinating radio and print advertising for a variety of sales and promotional opportunities on time and on budget. This position will support the Marketing Team with a variety of administrative tasks, and will also be responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager with in store events such as Grand Openings and Fundraiser Charity Events. The ideal candidate for this position would be willing to learn new skills, and have a high attention to detail so that campaigns, in store signage, and store events are representative of our brand guidelines and messaging.This a hybrid role that requires remote work and in-person work. This involves periodic travel to our retail stores and surrounding communities, and to our corporate offices in Tacoma, WA and Denver, CO. The Marketing Coordinator can be located in California or Washington.Responsibilities

  • Manage organization and distribution of co-op claims to vendors for a variety of marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with planning and execution of in store events such as store Grand Openings or charity fundraising events.
  • Coordinate radio schedules and assist with ad production in line with brand voice.
  • Provide administrative support for promotions and sale execution.
  • Assist with coordination and production of print advertising for promotional sales and in store events.
  • Work with vendors to secure marketing funding and execute marketing spend for various campaigns.
  • Manage vendor approval or advertising in line with co-op adverting guidelines specific to each individual vendor.
  • Support the Marketing, Ecommerce, and Merchandising with administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Assist retail locations with the design and creation of in-store signage, including distribution to stores in line with our brand guidelines. This includes sign toppers, directional signage, posters, banners, coupons, ect.
  • Collect and analyze marketing data from various marketing channels and give recommendations for growth opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively across several supporting cross-functional teams and vendors as a key member of the marketing team to launch campaigns on time and on budget.Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent professional experience within retail or a CPG company (required)
    • 1-2 years of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud including Illustrator and/or InDesign (preferred)
    • 1-2 years of experience with event planning and execution (preferred)
    • Excellent verbal communication skills and a high attention to detail
