Job Description:
A company is looking for an Interim VP of Growth & Search
Marketing Contractor to lead a team of marketers and execute Paid
Search Marketing during a maternity leave coverage period.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and develop a team of marketers across various marketing
functions
Oversee acquisition strategy and execution to meet growth
objectives across multiple channels
Manage Paid Search channels to drive new customer acquisition and
achieve budget targets
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in growth marketing with a focus on digital
acquisition
4+ years of recent experience managing Paid Search programs with
significant monthly spend
Expertise in paid social, digital advertising, and SEM/SEO
Experience in growth forecasting and attribution modeling
Desire to actively engage in hands-on work while leading a team
