Key Responsibilities
Own and scale the full-funnel demand generation strategy across
various channels
Design and launch creative, data-driven campaigns to generate
pipeline from upmarket practices
Build and optimize marketing systems and infrastructure for
performance tracking and insights
Required Qualifications
5-10+ years of experience in growth marketing at B2B startups
(Series A-C preferred)
Proven ability to launch full-funnel campaigns, including ABM-style
outbound, SEO, and paid programs
Strong technical skills in marketing tools, analytics, and
performance optimization
Data-driven mindset with a focus on experimentation and
iteration
Experience mentoring others and shaping growth functions in
early-stage companies
