Job Description Job Title: Construction Project Manager (Glazing) Pay Rate: $100K to $130K/Year Location: Anaheim, CA We are looking for a Construction Project Manager (Glazing) Position Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager with experience in the commercial glass and glazing industry and a solid background in public works contracting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing glazing projects from contract award through closeout, ensuring all phases are executed safely, on time , and within budget . This position requires excellent communication skills, technical expertise in glazing systems, and an understanding of prevailing wage, certified payroll, and public contracting requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of commercial glass and glazing projects , including curtain wall, storefront, and interior glazing scopes Coordinate submittals, RFIs , shop drawings, change orders, and procurement Work directly with general contractors, architects, fabricators, and field crews Schedule and oversee material deliveries, installation activities, and subcontractor performance Maintain compliance with all public works regulations, including labor compliance and certified payroll Perform regular site visits to monitor project progress and resolve jobsite issues Track project budgets and ensure timely and accurate billing Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and company leadership Must have: Commercial Glazing experience Public Works Communication skills Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in the glass and glazing industry, with a proven track record managing public works/commercial construction projects Strong knowledge of aluminum glazing systems, curtain wall, storefront, and glass installation practices Understanding of DSA, OSHPD, and prevailing wage requirements Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings and specifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam , and construction management software (e.g., Procore , CMiC ) Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Benefits : 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
