Job Description Job Description Job Title: Plumber - (Re-piping Apartment Complex) Job Description Join our team as a Plumber, where you will play a pivotal role in apartment renovation projects by managing plumbing tasks such as changing facets and repairing pipes. This position is based in Huntington Beach and requires expertise in working with copper, PEX, and ProPress systems. Responsibilities Conduct plumbing work for apartment renovations. Change and install facets and fixtures. Repair and maintain pipes using appropriate methods. Utilize copper, PEX, and ProPress systems efficiently. Essential Skills Proficiency in construction and plumbing techniques. Ability to interpret and work from blueprints. Experience with PVC piping installation. Competence in using hand tools and industrial equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Must possess tools such as Channel Locks, Pipe Wrench, Basin Wrench, Hole Saw, and Hose Cutter. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntington Beach, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
