you. Support Account Liaison The Account Liaison is an entry level
position and responsible for selling products and services of
AdaptHealth. Works closely with internal support staff to focus
efforts on increasing new business growth and development in the
assigned region and for maximizing client satisfaction of services.
Also responsible for optimizing the client’s ability to provide for
their patient’s safety, comfort, and well-being and improving
awareness and confidence among referral sources to care for their
patients. The Account Liaison will also serve as a primary contact
between referral sources and Sales Team to ensure timely order
processing and delivery. Job Duties: · Respond to escalated
customer chat inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. ·
Diagnose and resolve complex product or service issues, escalating
to higher-level support when appropriate. · Serve as a brand
ambassador by delivering exceptional customer experience. ·
Document all interactions accurately in internal systems to
maintain case histories. · Identify trends in customer issues and
provide feedback to improve processes and services. · Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and accurate
solutions. Competency, Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and
written communication skills Excellent presentation skills
Excellent customer service skills Product and service knowledge
Motivation for sales Ability to work independently and with a team
Requirements Minimum Job Qualifications: · Proven experience in
customer support, preferably in chat or digital communication
channels. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the
ability to handle sensitive situations. · Proficiency with chat
platforms, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, and
documentation tools. · Excellent problem-solving abilities and
critical thinking skills. · Ability to work independently while
managing time and priorities efficiently. · High attention to
detail and commitment to driving customer satisfaction. AdaptHealth
