Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A skilled
Speech-Language Pathologist with a Certificate of Clinical
Competence (CCC) or a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate is
needed for an onsite position in Wilmington, NC. This travel
opportunity is based at an elementary school with a standard
workweek of 37.5 hours, and part-time availability is considered.
Key Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification
with CCC or CFY eligibility Experience in school-based SLP
services, with familiarity in pediatrics Proficient in delivering
comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy Ability
to manage a caseload of 45-50 students, addressing diverse
communication needs Competency in teletherapy techniques is a plus
but not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills to
collaborate with educators, parents, and students Responsibilities:
Provide individualized speech and language therapy to students
within an elementary school setting Conduct assessments to identify
communication disorders and develop tailored treatment plans
Document student progress and maintain accurate records in
compliance with school policies Collaborate with school staff and
families to support student communication goals Participate in IEP
meetings and contribute professional insights to multidisciplinary
