Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Engineering Manager to lead
their data engineering team and modernize their data
infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering a culture of
excellence and collaboration
Oversee the design and maintenance of data pipelines and platforms,
ensuring data reliability and accessibility
Manage data migration efforts from legacy systems and implement
scalable solutions for processing IoT data
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 2 years
in a leadership role
Proficiency in Python for data engineering tasks
Strong experience with AWS technologies, including Amazon RDS, S3,
Lambda, and Kafka
Solid understanding of streaming and batch data processing
architectures
Experience with IoT data ingestion, processing, and storage
