health. What You’ll Do: As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you'll be
part of our earth-moving operations on environmental remediation
sites. You’ll operate a variety of equipment — including
excavators, dozers, backhoes, compactors, articulated dump trucks,
and front-end loaders — with precision and care. You’ll be based
out of our Anaheim, CA office and travel to local job sites. Key
Responsibilities: Operate heavy equipment (CAT or John Deere
controls) safely and skillfully Follow cut and fill stake guidance
to meet grading specs Perform minor equipment maintenance and
inspections Monitor equipment load capacity and operate within safe
limits Work in a team-focused environment with safety as the top
priority What You Bring: Must-Have Skills: 4 years’ experience
operating heavy equipment on civil or public infrastructure
projects Hands-on knowledge of excavators, bulldozers, backhoes,
dump trucks, etc. HAZWOPER 40-Hour certification 8-Hour Refresher
(or willingness to obtain) Attention to detail and commitment to
operating safely for long periods Understanding of equipment
limitations, load balance, and site safety Preferred: 5 years of
experience in heavy equipment operations High school diploma or GED
Experience reading grading plans and interpreting cut and fill
