Project Manager , you’ll lead multiple complex electrical projects
while shaping how our teams plan, execute, and deliver. You’ll
mentor project managers and field leaders, strengthen client

project lifecycle, from pre-construction through closeout, while
aligning execution with company strategy. Model program-level
leadership that raises the bar for safety, quality, and financial
performance. Strategic Oversight: Manage multiple or large-scale
projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring alignment
with company goals. Budget and Profitability Management: Develop,
monitor, and control project budgets to maximize profitability and
ensure financial success. Mentoring and Leadership: Provide
guidance, training, and support to project managers and junior
staff to develop team capabilities. Risk and Issue Management:
Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies;
resolve escalated project issues effectively. Client Relationship
Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,
providing high-level project status updates and anticipating future
needs. Process Improvement: Work with leadership to refine project
management processes, tools, and best practices. Vendor and
Subcontractor Management: Oversee major contracts and ensure all
subcontractors meet project requirements and standards. Compliance
and Safety Leadership: Ensure region-wide adherence to safety
standards, codes, and regulations such as OSHA and NEC. Ensures
compliance with Federal, State, and contractual obligations
Reporting to Senior Leadership: Provide executive-level reporting
on project performance, risks, and opportunities. What You Bring
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical
Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
(preferred) OR equivalent experience through progressively
responsible roles in the electrical field (e.g., Journeyman,
Foreman, or Superintendent). 8 years of experience in electrical
contracting or construction, with 3 years in project management or
leadership roles. Field Knowledge: Extensive hands-on experience
with electrical systems, installations, and troubleshooting. Strong
understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA
regulations, and best practices for safety compliance. Leadership
and Mentorship: Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams,
including field personnel, junior project managers, and
subcontractors. Experience in managing subcontractors, material
suppliers, and other stakeholders on job sites. Project Management
Expertise: Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, resource
management, and scheduling. Proficiency in project management
software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar). Experience
managing change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
Certifications (Preferred): PMP, or similar project management
certification. Electrical licenses (e.g., Journeyman or Master
Electrician) are highly desirable. Soft Skills: Excellent
problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact
effectively with clients, executives, and field teams. Ability to
manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet deadlines
