Job Description Job Description Master Scheduler Huntington Beach Area Key Responsibilities Own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across multiple programs and spacecraft development efforts. Partner with engineering, production, and program leadership to develop and maintain realistic schedules that reflect current progress and drive accountability. Facilitate weekly schedule reviews with engineers and functional leads to identify risks, blockers, and critical path items. Clearly communicate schedule status and changes to internal stakeholders and external partners. Analyze dependencies across workstreams and surface misalignments early. Continuously improve how we build and manage schedules - developing tools, templates, and processes as we scale. Perform schedule risk assessments, generate recovery plans, and apply schedule health metrics to drive execution. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or business discipline or 5 years of work experience in the aerospace or defense industry. 3 Years of experience with project planning and integrated master scheduling within a cross-functional team. Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent tools. Preferred Qualifications Highly skilled at taking in large quantities of information and presenting it in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing. Able to work and communicate well with others in a team environment. Able to be diplomatically persuasive or assertive when necessary. Experience with summary schedule reporting tools Coursework or training in Critical Path Analysis methodology. Experience performing schedule risk analysis techniques.
