components and assemblies made from exotic metals for critical
applications in aerospace, defense, medical, nuclear, and space.
Our roots were formed in the exacting nuclear and aerospace
industries, expanded into medical where we have supplied critical
components to a global customer base. Veridiam’s ability to work
with challenging materials such as titanium alloys, nickel-based
superalloys, refractory metals, and specialty stainless steels
ensures reliable, mission-ready products for our customers’ most
vital programs. As a trusted partner, Veridiam provides technical
collaboration, quality assurance, and supply chain reliability
essential to advancing innovation and operational success across
these highly regulated industries and results for mission-critical
parts made from titanium alloys, nickel-based superalloys,
refractory metals and more. At Veridiam we recognize that talent is
at the forefront of our organization and define who we are in
today's industry. You will work in a highly regulated, precision

metal/high-performance alloy environment. Approve, oversee and
update NDT methods and procedures (PT, MT, UT, RT, ET, etc.) for
components ranging from small medical tubing to large structural
aerospace and nuclear parts. Ensure NDT equipment is calibrated,
maintained, qualified and tracked (i.e. ultra sonic flaw detectors,
penetrant and mag particle equipment, radiography, etc.). Ensure
all NDT inspections meet internal quality management system
requirements (i.e. ISO 9001, AS9100, NADCAP as relevant), customer

root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions and ensure
systemic improvements. Prepare metrics and management reports
showing NDT performance, defect trends, inspection cycle times,
cost of inspection, scrap/rework due to NDT failures, etc. Support
cross-functional teams and groups including but not limited to
engineering and production to ensure inspection requirements are
integrated early and materials are inspected appropriately and any
new manufacturing process changes trigger NDT review. Serve as the
