Raytheon programs This is an individual contributor position. Be a
leader in Multi-domain Assured Navigation & Timing Applications
(MANTA) Operations. This role will serve as a manufacturing and
operations professional for a development and production programs
within the F-35 franchise. This role is responsible for driving
manufacturing execution for the F-35 franchise. The ideal candidate
will have a strong background in Manufacturing Operations in the
defense industry and experience supporting New Product Introduction
and Production of complex programs. The candidate must have strong
working knowledge of proposal development systems and will be
responsible for presenting comprehensive strategies on
Manufacturing Plans and how the efforts are proposed to customers.
The Candidate will support classified & unclassified programs
within a technically diverse portfolio of complex products. Collins

Position will work primarily onsite at our El Segundo, California
location. What You Will Do Support Operations as a key focal for
F?35 production and development activities, ensuring effective
coordination with Program Office, Engineering, Manufacturing,
Quality, and Supply Chain throughout the product lifecycle Execute
day?to?day program operations tasks to meet cost, schedule,
quality, and delivery targets for production and development
hardware Partner with Engineering and Supply Chain to assist in
requirements flow?down and contribute to producibility,
testability, and manufacturability improvements using Design for
Excellence (DfX) principles Support New Product Introduction (NPI)
and Transition?to?Production efforts, including readiness reviews,
manufacturing planning inputs, and coordination of test and build
preparations Provide input to design teams to help address cost,
yield, and manufacturability considerations, including electronics
producibility and test efficiency Assist with the development and
maintenance of PFMEAs, PPAP documentation, APQP (AS9145)
activities, and other risk?reduction tools to ensure robust
manufacturing processes Monitor material status and collaborate
with Supply Chain to resolve shortages and ensure smooth factory
operations and on?time hardware movement Coordinate build
sequencing, work orders, and factory support activities with
Manufacturing to maintain production flow and optimize resources
Participate in continuous improvement efforts that enhance
operational efficiency, process capability, and cost effectiveness
across the program Track program operations cost and schedule
performance, identify issues, and support corrective action
execution Serve as an operational point of contact to internal
customers, ensuring program needs are supported and issues are
promptly addressed Foster strong cross?functional collaboration and
contribute to a culture of accountability, teamwork, and
operational discipline Qualifications You Must Have Typically
requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant
experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5
years of experience Experience working across functional teams in a
matrixed environment, particularly with Manufacturing, Engineering,
Quality, Supply Chain, or Program Office Ability to influence and
coordinate with cross?functional partners, including shop?floor
personnel and program stakeholders Experience assisting with or
developing program production schedules and identifying
manufacturing risks and opportunities Working knowledge of SAP,
PRISM, or equivalent Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems
Familiarity with PFMEA, PPAP, and APQP (AS9145) processes and
documentation Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including
intermediate?level Excel skills Ability to travel domestically up
to 25% Qualifications We Prefer Hands?on experience supporting
Transition?to?Production (T2P) or Manufacturing Plans, including
exposure to electronics producibility, Design for Manufacturing &
Assembly (DFMA), and Design for Excellence (DfX) concepts
Experience supporting program management, Manufacturing Operations,
or Engineering within a matrixed organization Exposure to
Manufacturing Readiness Assessments (MRA) or Production Readiness
Reviews (PRR) Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI)
or Transition?to?Production (T2P) activities for defense or
commercial hardware Familiarity with RTX’s CORE operating system or
similar continuous improvement frameworks Working knowledge of cost
modeling tools such as ProPricer, learning curves, or rate
application in government contracting Experience supporting
fact?finding, audits, RFIs, or negotiations with DCMA or government
customers Experience applying PFMEA, PPAP, APQP, or other quality
process tools in a production or development environment Experience
contributing to proposal efforts, Basis of Estimates (BOEs), or
cost inputs Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM)
principles Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma
methodologies Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data

salary range for this role is 118,300 USD - 224,900 USD. The salary
range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all
