Job Description:
B. Braun Medical Inc., a leader in global healthcare, is seeking
a Controls System Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering & Design
team. This role is crucial for maintaining the excellence of our
medical devices and pharmaceutical products by designing and
implementing automated systems that enhance operational efficiency
and ensure outstanding outcomes. The successful candidate will be
responsible for the development, installation, and maintenance of
control systems and software at our state-of-the-art facilities,
with a strong focus on sustainability and innovation. Design,
develop, and implement automated control systems for manufacturing
processes. Troubleshoot and maintain existing control systems to
ensure optimal functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to integrate control systems with existing manufacturing
infrastructure. Monitor and report on the performance of control
systems, suggesting improvements as needed. Ensure compliance with
industry safety and quality standards. Stay abreast of advancements
in control technology and sustainably integrate them into
operations. Proficient in PLC programming and automation software.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and circuit design.
Ability to manage projects from conception through implementation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective
communication and collaboration abilities. Medical Insurance 401k
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. Certified Automation
Professional (CAP) is a plus.
