Job Description:
BS/BA Degree in accounting or finance required. CPA
certification strongly preferred Minimum 2 years experience
developing and managing large capital improvement programs,
multi-funding source program budgets Administers overall local bond
measures and state matching funding sources Performs financial
analysis and special project analysis Administers financial
reporting and cash flow forecasting Monitors financial and program
control databases of completeness and accuracy Develops and
implements budget and financial policies and procedures and
interfaces with other departments
