Job Description:

Part time position - Premiere Engineering and Grading is a full service preparation, excavation and grading contractor located in Anaheim for over 30 years.. The company has a part-time accounting position open for a detail-oriented accountant. Days and times are flexible in office or may consider remote. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in all aspects of construction accounting. This position handles payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger. Additionally, good interpersonal skills are a must since this position has direct contact with all clients, project management, field, and administrative staff. Please look over the list of specific skills needed for this position: The applicant must have clear, effective communication skills. The candidate must have a construction background and be proficient in Excel and Sage. Accounts Receivable - billings and collections of change orders, knowledge of AIA billing applications, Utilization reports, Accounts Payable - Applicant must be proficient with lien releases and prelims. Candidate should have knowledge of OCIP jobs. Excel and Textura experience is a must. Employment Type: Part Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $40 - $46 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
