Title: Director of People Operations

Location: Anaheim, CA

Headquartered out of sunny Southern California, we are a cleaning service provider specializing in the cleaning and detailing of commercial real estate. Our services include window cleaning, exterior pressure washing, caulking, waterproofing, and much more. Our enterprise clients are in a variety of industries and you most likely have seen our work! We service professional sports arenas, museums, state-of-the-art hospitals, medical centers, fortune 500 companies, and more!

What You Will Be Doing
This position will report directly to the owners and has a heavy HR focus. In this position, you will spearhead the operations and culture of our small business
You will help cultivate and grow our successful culture
Recruit local talent for a wide variety of roles such as administrative, skilled labor, sales, and operations
Implement onboarding protocols and procedures for new hires
Create a middle management structure of leadership positions in each department
Help us stay compliant
Champion continuous process improvements that yield positive company-wide results

What You Need for this Position
BS Degree in HR or related field or equivalent work experience + a minimum of 4 years of working experience in an Operations Management and/or HR Management capacity
Must be Bilingual and speak Spanish/English
