consulting services and innovative software solutions. Cofiroute
USA is under contract to the Orange County Transportation Authority
("OCTA") and Riverside County Transportation Commission ("RCTC") to
provide turnkey operation of the 91 Express Lanes toll facility.
Cofiroute also provides Pay By Mail processing, collections, and
customer services on five motorways and expressways in Texas. We

distinctive qualities. SUMMARY As a Training Manager, you will lead
strategic design and delivery of training for multiple projects.
With strategy, innovation, and team leadership as priorities, you
are expected to work solo or with others to create and facilitate
training content. You will measure success, align with business
metrics, and influence change. A future-focused mindset and
experience with change management will be essential to your
success. Excellent partnership and execution skills are important.
You have high-level project management and organization to lead
important programs and use your team, peers, and partners to
achieve results. Experience with technology and a background in
training are important for this role DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. The order of
the duties listed does not represent the importance and/or percent
of time dedicated to each duty. Manage, deliver, design, develop
and maintaining training programs Confer and coordinate with
management to identify training needs and mapping out of
development plans, programs for teams and individuals. Trains and
coaches--- managers, supervisors and others involved in employee
development efforts. Responsible for the, coordination, scheduling,
and tracking of all training courses related to new hire, new
features/procedure, refresher and coaching. Coordinate with
management to create and administer effective training programs,
modules and materials so staff are efficient in their job
responsibilities and empowered to perform their job. Periodically
evaluate the effectiveness of the program to ensure continued
success. Identify specific training needs to achieve a high quality
of service and employ best practices to achieve consistency
throughout the team. Assist department managers with administration
of knowledge assessments and monitoring to strengthen staff---s
core competency. Conduct on-boarding training Conduct department
training QUALIFICATIONS Excellent customer service and
interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal, written and presentation
skills. Excellent attendance and punctuality. Working knowledge of
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Ability to
multi-task and meet deadlines. Maintain a professional appearance
and demeanor. Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, as
well as to accept direction on given assignments. Must be able to
interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the
organization. Excellent phone etiquette Excellent written and
verbal communication skills Excellent attendance and punctuality
Enjoy providing prompt and timely service to our clients Be
extremely detail---orientated, efficient and possess superior

with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized
situations Excellent computer skills required, including knowledge
of various Microsoft Office programs Ability to handle difficult
customers or situations Ability to work varied shifts. Travel is
required. Most travel will be between orange and riverside county.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2
years of training At least five (5) years--- experience in customer
service, responsible for providing assessments, planning,
developing, delivering and evaluating employee training COMPANY
