Job Description:
Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products' in-house Trading Desk
is looking for a Programmatic Activation Manager. Reporting to the
Programmatic team lead for Walt Disney World and Disneyland
Resorts, you will be a hands-on keyboard programmatic trader. You
will have direct responsibility of your assigned campaigns -
inclusive of all self-service capabilities in planning, execution,
optimization, and reporting.
All programmatic and ad operations work is managed in-house in a
fully self-service capacity. You will work in several platforms
including DV360, Yahoo DSP, Amazon DSP, and The Trade Desk. Our
media buys include most forms of programmatically available
inventory: display, streaming, native, audio, digital out of home
(DOOH), and in-app. We also work across the full marketing funnel
from branding to direct response. You will partner closely with our
in-house Ad Operations team who manages the ad trafficking, as well
as strategy teams as an extension of their planning process.

Basic Qualifications :
Required Education :
Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience. Any
Marketing, Business, Programming, Analytics, Statistics, or
Computer Science degree/background is a plus.
