Who we need
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Global Benefits and
Well-being to drive the design, implementation and administration
of a comprehensive strategy and program. You will research and
bring an in-depth understanding of external best practices and
innovative trends to apply them to these programs and technologies.
You will manage all aspects of the employee benefits program,
including health and welfare plans, well-being, pensions and
retirement plans, life insurance, time off, well-being, and
recognition programs.

simplifying the complex and building rigor into all global
processes.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead global benefits program. You will plan, design, implement
and administer a comprehensive global strategy. You will:
- Oversee renewals, global benefits and retirement savings
processes, and year-end reporting, with oversight of the day-to-day
management of our global benefits administration.
- Act as a subject matter expert to review and document processes
and programs, including (but not limited to) group benefits, leaves
of absence, care management, well-being, EAP, tenure-based awards,
and recognition programs.
- Partner and influence Third-Party Vendors to identify, design,
and deliver solutions that provide the best employee experience
through exceptional process integration and technology.
- Oversee and manage the plan sponsor compliance, governance and
audit activities pertaining to registered pension/retirement
schemes and 401K plans.
- Manage pension committee meetings, with accountability to
coordinate meetings, track and monitor the progress on key action
items and oversee Committee materials.
- Be strategic. You will assess the effectiveness of current
programs in achieving organizational objectives; identify best
practices and benchmarks; and develop recommendations for
modifications to align with HR strategy and business goals. You
will lead and be hands-on in the various phases of integrated
benefit and retirement program launches and implementation of
program updates and modifications. In partnership with Retirement
Services vendors, you will deliver financial well-being and
education initiatives to employees.
- Partner with leadership. You will collaborate with People
Operations, Centers of Excellence (COEs), C-level executives, and
Total Rewards on appropriate total reward packages to recruit and
retain talent. You will conduct cost/benefit and gap analysis and
prepare detailed proposals for annual policy renewals, securing
senior leadership approval.
- Be a trusted point of contact. You will serve as the primary
resource for employees and managers regarding all benefit, pension,
and well-being-related matters. You will develop and coordinate
communications strategies and activities to educate and inform
employees about total rewards. You will keep abreast of regulatory
changes affecting these programs and ensure company plans and
practices comply with external regulatory requirements. You will
champion an inclusive, high-performance environment.
- Manage data. You will adhere to the company's record retention
policies and procedures and state and federal laws and regulations.
You will maintain the confidentiality of work-related issues,
records, and company information. You will review
cross-departmental impacts and reconcile data sharing across teams.
You will develop, implement, and manage tracking metrics and other
reporting requirements to assess program effectiveness for new and
existing programs.
What we're looking for:
- The education and experience. You have a degree in business
administration, human resources or a related field and 7 years in
Human Resources focusing on Benefits and Pension. You have in-depth
knowledge of the health, well-being and group benefits gained
through market analysis, program development, design and
implementation. You have experience managing large, enterprise-wide
projects and programs. Ideally, you have organized and led the
design and implementation of a global benefits program. You are
familiar with the Regulatory and Legislative imperatives and
impacts related to Total Rewards programs (FLSA, Sec 125, ERISA,
409A, HIPAA, etc.).
- The interpersonal skills. You have flexible and effective
professional communication skills and a natural ability to nurture
trusting relationships. You prioritize diversity, equality, and
inclusion in all of your efforts and appreciate opinions and
feedback. You are comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders
and can collaborate within and across teams at every level. You
take a consultative approach to understanding needs, issues, and
barriers. You are people-focused, and you can engage organizations
with recommendations tailored to fulfill their requirements.
- The innovation. You are highly analytical and creative with
strengths in gathering, extracting, analyzing and manipulating
data. You can channel your expertise to provide both commercial and
creative solutions to meet global and local total reward
requirements.
- The project management. You can successfully deliver complex,
cross-functional projects from end to end. You have experience
applying varied project development approaches, with a proven track
record of delivering exceptional business value in a matrixed
environment. You take ownership of your projects, meeting
expectations and the resulting impact on the company's ability to
be successful and employee satisfaction.
