ResortPass is a fast-growing startup that provides the hotel industry a solution to monetize their under-utilized amenities and boost ancillary revenue while offering a people a way to enjoy hotel amenities on-demand. On the ResortPass platform, local leisure and business day guests can book amenities and workspaces at hotels, without an overnight stay, a flexible model made even more relevant and necessary in this new changing world. We are proud to have over 600 hotel partners and growing rapidly including top upscale brands such as Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, Omni, Kimpton, Fairmont, Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, and many more.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing, supporting and growing our hotel partnerships. You will develop strong relationships with partners, making sure they are getting the most out of our program, as well as acquiring new hotels in your territory through networking. As a tech startup, we are looking for energetic, driven, and motivated hustlers who can be scrappy, resourceful, and who thrive in an early startup environment, working well within a small but growing team.   • Develop strong relationships with current hotel partners and deepen their engagement with our product
  • Build and expand the portfolio of hotels in your territory, identifying key opportunities and building the pipeline from prospect to close
  • Educate new hotel leads on the value propositions and benefits of the ResortPass program and our full suite of products and features
  • Actively engage and communicate with hotels on a consistent basis and effectively reach targets based on KPI metrics
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and performance of hotel partners, educate them on best practices, provide data insights, and upsell product features
  • Provide exceptional and responsive support to all partner requests
  • Assist with onboarding new hotels and setting up their account and products
  • Develop content and materials for onboarding and training
  • Conduct demos and webinars of our product and features
  • Build and maintain a deep and comprehensive familiarity with the ResortPass product and all developing technology in the pipeline
  • Collaborate closely and work cross-functionally with the Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 3-5 years relevant experience in sales and/or account management
    • Experience in the hospitality and travel industry a plus
    • Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce
    • Experience at a startup a plus
    • Ability to be proactive and an appetite for working with fast changing, innovative technology in a fast-paced environment
    • Energetic and passionate about closing deals, deepening customer relationships, and fostering trust from partners.
    • Strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail
    • A positive attitude and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment with a high-performing team
    • Creative problem-solving skills
    • An entrepreneurial spirit with project management skills
    • Tech savvy with an ability to learn any online system or software
