CRM BUSINESS ANALYST
Location: Los Angeles, CA; New York City, NY; Chicago, IL; Dallas,
TX
Weekly Schedule: Mostly remote w/ ability to come into office
1x/week
Contract-to-Hire Position
Role:
As a CRM Analyst, you will be responsible for the elicitation,
documentation & analysis of requirements around business challenges
& product data-driven solutions. Goal is to ensure the teams &
departments are keeping up with the optimum & full capacity use of
CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce) & other products around it. And also,
to ensure the CRM features developed/configured by developers are
working optimally for the business.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to new products, workflows, and ideas by eliciting &
documenting functionality/ requirements of the CRM system
Ensure CRM system runs smoothly by testing and adjusting as needed,
then documenting fixes
Promote business adoption of CRM system capabilities and
features
Work on projects related to improving the customer experience and
customer communication with the use of the CRM system
Requirements:
Analytical & Problem Solver
Ability to elicit & document business requirements
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP,
SugarCRM, Zoho, Vtiger, HubSpot, Microsoft, etc.)
Experience working with data sets
Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with external client facing teams & ability to
maintain professional presence
Minimum 2+ years' experience
COVID vaccination required, subject to applicable state and federal
law
