Job Overview
We are looking for strategic and creative marketing professionals to build our brand value and grow our brand awareness to impact the business bottom line! A successful candidate always delivers and is very opportunistic, analytical, and absurdly creative, balancing the left and right sides of the brain. They will use available market insights and multiple data sources to formulate the marketing strategy and is not afraid to go beyond the typical playbook to create excitement around our business.
The Associate Marketing Manager that we are looking for can balance multiple high-impact marketing strategies and are able to convert abstract concepts to the overall business strategy that aligns with the company vision without compromising the brand's integrity.
Responsibilities
- Support in developing effective positioning in the market and run creative, memorable campaigns that drive awareness and impact sales. - Monitors and analyzes projects/ campaigns from start to finish, progress tracker. - Create consistent brand stories that form an emotional connection with customers. - Own the brand messaging framework, ensuring it is regularly updated and implemented across the organization; collaborate with PR, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Customer Insights teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all customer touchpoints. (Interdepartmental proficiency) - Social Media alignment to promote consistent brand messaging across all applicable platforms. - Create and manage brand architecture that includes logo, messaging, creative materials, and marketing campaigns. - Analyze market data, customer feedback, and survey responses to brainstorm, develop, and propose new ideas that support overarching business goals and KPIs. - Establish and maintain the critical planning timeline for all marketing campaigns and events; communicate strategic milestones and updates to key stakeholders; evaluate and flag any critical changes that will impact the projected launch. - Establish, evolve and align the ongoing marketing strategy to drive cultural awareness and category expertise. - Conduct competitor research to identify key competitors and their strengths, weaknesses, and overall brand and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple projects. - Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with partners, vendors and all levels of the team, peer group and management. - Adapt successfully to change in a leading-edge, emerging environment. - High attention to detail, flexibility, following-through, and organizational skills. - Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure. - 4+ years in product marketing, brand strategy, brand consulting or related field. - Ability to operate in ambiguity. - Ability to take complex problems and data and translate into clear and compelling insights. - Demonstrated ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines. - Ability to independently drive multiple concurrent projects in an agile environment.
