• Paid holidays and PTOJob DetailsWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Drywall Sr. Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. As a Sr. Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of drywall, metal framing, metal stud, commercial, walls, ceilings, lath, and plaster projects. You will work closely with architects, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the construction of drywall, metal framing, metal stud, commercial, walls, ceilings, lath, and plaster projects from start to finish
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure that all project requirements are met
  • Conduct site visits to ensure that all work is being completed according to plan and to resolve any issues that arise
  • Prepare progress reports and update project stakeholders on project status
  • Ensure that all safety regulations and procedures are followed on all job sitesQualifications:
    • 5+ years of experience in drywall, metal framing, metal stud, commercial, walls, ceilings, lath, and plaster construction project management
    • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
    • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry
