Site Finance Manager / Controller (need 2), responsible for the financial and accounting functions for the plant. Must possess the ability to manage multiple projects and meet various deadlines in a busy office environment. As part of the leadership team, reporting to the VP, General Manager implementing new processes and procedures within the organization. She, or He must have mentored abilities & capable of promotion within 24 - 36 months. Base salary will vary based on the individual's accomplishments but will likely range from $125K - $145K + 10% Bonus and an excellent benefits package. Desired background: --- BS / BA Accounting or Finance, CPA or MBA preferred. --- Several years' accounting and finance leadership experience in a manufacturing industry. --- Must have the ability to develop strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations. --- Responsible for maintenance and integrity of income statement and balance sheet including accuracy of recording to the general ledger, posting and reconciliation. --- Development and maintenance of sufficient internal controls and reviews to ensure integrity of statements. --- Work cross functionally initiating change, innovation, and development of direct reports. --- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with extensive experience with Excel.
