--- Shift: Normal Day Shift (with responsibilities for activities
across all shifts)
--- Compensation: $120k - 130k base (could be more DOE), plus 10%
Target Bonus

Position Description
The Maintenance Manager directs and manages all activities
associated with the Maintenance Department, reporting to the Plant
Manager and is a key partner of the production organization.
Primary responsibilities include:
--- Effectively manages maintenance operations across the site to
achieve business plan goals. This responsibility includes all
facilities, equipment, and processes.
--- Develops an action plan to monitor and influence the
performance of the site toward established goals. Communicates the
results of this plan as required.
--- Develops annual maintenance budget, scope & justification for
maintenance / applicable projects; manages to these plans
--- Manages maintenance planning and preventative maintenance
activities assuring maximum equipment reliability, uptime, and
efficiency.
--- Maintains compliance to Quality Management and ISO standards as
it relates to calibrations, preventative maintenance, and
documentation of work.
--- Provides coaching and training for all maintenance employees.
Training emphasis should be in techniques to maximize operational
effectiveness and responsiveness to production needs.
--- Provides direction by regularly advising the Site Leadership
Team with information on equipment improvement opportunities,
resource requirements, and general maintenance "organizational
health".
--- Takes a leadership role in driving continuous improvement
throughout the organization, particularly in Maintenance.
--- Collaborates w/ the Leadership Teams to develop effective
maintenance processes in support of new and current equipment
--- Develops and leads continuous improvement strategies within the
Maintenance Department.
Requirements
--- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Discipline (or closely related
field)
--- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with
equipment and facilities maintenance experience.
--- Excellent leadership and team building skills and
experiences
--- Deep knowledge of engineering and mechanical concepts and
strong time management and organizational skills.
--- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
--- Experience in planning maintenance operations
--- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
--- Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff
members
--- Competent in problem solving, planning, organization, and
decision making
