Communications for HOKA NA Retail.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of training and communication
initiatives for retail teams
Act as a liaison between corporate and field teams, advocating for
retail needs and enhancing customer service
Implement training processes and monitor employee engagement to
ensure operational excellence
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in retail training, communications, or
operations
Experience in developing and delivering training programs, both
in-person and virtually
Strong background in communication strategies and multimedia
content creation
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various
stakeholders
Knowledge of retail operations, compliance standards, and audit
processes
