Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Campaign Operations to
lead marketing communications initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies across
various channels
Manage and optimize the use of Marketo for campaign execution and
ensure compliance with data regulations
Lead and mentor a team of marketing operations professionals,
fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing operations or
campaign management, including 3 years in a leadership role
Proficiency in Marketo and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate findings
into actionable strategies
Excellent project management skills to manage multiple campaigns
simultaneously
