A company is looking for an Executive Vice President, Leasing &
Tenant Relations (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage lease transactions and foster client relationships to
support business growth
Oversee tenant negotiations and ensure timely completion of leasing
deals
Prepare monthly leasing reports and facilitate research
presentations for clients
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in industrial real estate leasing and
asset management
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related
field
Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
and brokers
General knowledge of industrial real estate and experience in
marketing and leasing
Strong selling, negotiating, and closing skills
