Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Engagement Marketing
Manager to lead engagement strategies for the Acrobat product.
Key Responsibilities
Define and evolve Acrobat's engagement strategy to improve
activation, retention, and long-term value
Lead product marketing strategy for new features and ensure
impactful launches based on user needs
Develop messaging frameworks that connect Acrobat's capabilities to
user outcomes and insights
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in engagement marketing or product marketing
roles
Strong understanding of user personas through market research and
behavioral data
Ability to structure solutions in uncertain conditions and motivate
cross-functional teams
Experience in partnering with Product, Marketing, Design, and
Engineering teams
Familiarity with experimentation and learning methodologies in
marketing
