Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the management and optimization of sales systems, ensuring
alignment with business needs
Serve as a liaison between field sales and IT, facilitating system
performance and user adoption
Collaborate with analytics teams to provide sales teams with
meaningful insights and maintain data integrity
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related
field
8+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or
field technology
Expertise in Veeva CRM, Orion, and other sales enablement
platforms
Proven ability to lead system implementation and enhancements
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, IT, and
Commercial Operations
