Job Description:
A company is looking for a Complex Claim Manager - General
Liability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and evaluate general liability claims, including
investigation, coverage determination, and settlement
Develop and execute litigation plans while managing lawsuits and
legal budgets through resolution
Analyze claim coverage with insurance carriers and maintain
documentation for all claims
Required Qualifications
College degree with a concentration in business or equivalent work
experience
Five years of claims handling experience with commercial and
multi-line knowledge
Current knowledge of the insurance industry and claims processing
through continuing education
Ability to make independent decisions with minimal supervision
Extensive knowledge of insurance and claims processes
