Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle Management,
100% Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and direct all revenue cycle activities and initiatives to
ensure optimal financial outcomes
Develop and implement policies and procedures related to the
revenue cycle process, including billing and collections
Monitor KPIs and accounts for risks and improvement opportunities,
driving recommended actions
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in a
start-up environment
5+ years of people management experience
Expert-level knowledge of end-to-end revenue cycle management
workflows
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, management, or
finance
Strong financial management skills, including data analysis for
reporting and budgeting
