Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Data Analytics to lead
data strategy and analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute a company-wide data strategy, developing
architecture that supports scale and revenue
Design and deliver AI-powered features, including ML models for
recommendation engines and predictive analytics
Build scalable data pipelines and manage the full data lifecycle to
ensure quality and governance
Required Qualifications
5+ years in data engineering, data science, or technical leadership
roles
Proven experience building cloud-native infrastructure and scalable
pipelines
Deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks and production
deployment
Experience with data tools such as Snowflake, SQL Server, and
Python
A product mindset with the ability to connect data to business
outcomes
