A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of complex deals, including proposal development
and contracting coordination
Act as a senior customer-facing point of contact and strategic
advisor to provider organizations
Build and refine internal tools and resources to enhance
go-to-market execution
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business
development, or strategic operations, preferably in healthcare or
healthtech
Experience developing proposals and supporting complex sales or
partnership cycles
Familiarity with value-based care models and the U.S. healthcare
ecosystem
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
Analytical mindset with a focus on improving internal systems and
processes
