Measurement.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute a global measurement strategy aligned with
advertising objectives and market trends
Build and develop a high-performing engineering organization while
fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and legal teams to implement
measurement solutions and facilitate technical communication
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in advertising and/or e-commerce products,
with 7+ years in leadership roles
Proven experience in managing and developing engineering teams
Technical expertise in full-stack engineering, including mobile,
web, backend, and infrastructure
Experience in data-driven product development and participation in
product strategy
Domain knowledge in Ads, Shopping, or e-Commerce products
