Miracle MakerWe are seeking a #MiracleMaker to join our Product
Management team as a Senior Staff Product Manager. You will oversee
product management and forecasting for the TriLink CleanCap reagent
and licensing business, reporting to the Director of Product
Management. Your role involves evaluating sales performance,
developing long-term strategic plans, and collaborating with
internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous
improvement.How you will make an impact:
- Develop tools to analyze and expand the TriLink CleanCap
Reagent and Licensing business, reporting actual vs. goals to
senior management.
- Maintain forecasting, market share analysis, and monitor
industry trends related to our product portfolio.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Quality,
Legal, Manufacturing, R&D, and Sales to ensure excellent
customer experience and successful product launches.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform
strategy.
- Align customer needs with TriLink capabilities to ensure
on-time delivery of new products.
- Develop and communicate strategies, provide sales training, and
support marketing initiatives.
- Perform financial analysis and business research to evaluate
product performance and opportunities.
- Monitor product portfolio performance and recommend strategies
to maximize growth and manage lifecycle.
- Create marketing materials and develop innovative marketing
programs.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and
perform other duties as required.The skills and experience that you
will bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry,
Molecular Biology, Biomedical Science, or Genomics; MSc, MBA, or
PhD preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the biopharmaceutical
industry, with at least 3 years in product management or
customer-facing roles, preferably in a CDMO setting.
- Technical expertise in nucleic acids, gene editing, cell
therapy, or bioprocessing.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems, preferably SFDC and
NetSuite.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication,
presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, develop actionable insights, and
manage multiple projects in a results-driven
environment.Compensation and BenefitsThe anticipated salary range
is $170,000 - $190,000, complemented by long-term incentives, stock
options, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Salary offers depend
