A company is looking for a Customer Insights Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain an up-to-date perspective through external research on
best practices for capturing customer sentiment
Provide strategic consulting to stakeholders on design principles
and strategies that influence customer outcomes
Oversee the Voice of Customer (VoC) ecosystem and develop a
long-term VoC strategy
Required Qualifications
4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
10 or more years of relevant experience (Preferred)
Experience in supervisory roles
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be
considered in lieu of formal qualifications
