Job Description:
A company is looking for a Resource Manager to oversee Global
Resource Management activities across all technical practices.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and provide insights on resource capacity and project
demand, delivering Management Information to senior leadership
Manage a team of coordinators and collaborate with project and
engineering managers to meet project resource needs
Work with the Vendor Management team to address subcontracting
requirements and enhance Resource Management processes
Required Qualifications
Experience in Resource Management or Project Management
Background in a Technical Professional Services Environment
Analytical mindset with data analysis experience
Familiarity with Resource Management or Project Management
Software, preferably Financial Force
Operational experience with enterprise software such as MS Office,
Google Workspace, JIRA, Confluence, and Slack
